A Panini Party!

Pin It Now!

Roast Beef Paninis

Last weekend one of my supper clubs (I'm in two supper clubs) got together to make Paninis.  We each brought ingredients to make a different kind. I made Roast Beef and Blue Cheese Paninis.  You can see all the others on my Supper Club's Blog, just click here.  (the recipes will be added by the others soon).  They were all amazing!

We just had a make your own panini party last Sunday night with the family. Everyone chose their ingredients and we had a lot of fun with it. I will have to blog about it later. I think you can put anything in a panini and it becomes fabulous by the melding of the ingredients and flavors. Blue cheese and beef sounds wonderful.

Oh my! I'm salivating. I haven't eaten red meat in almost 10 years, but that looks delicious. Especially the combo with blue cheese.

My Sunday School class has a supper club....might have to steal that idea!

My favorite pannini to make is a good deli roast beef with mustrooms, roasted red peppers, swiss cheese and spicy mustard on a nutty whole wheat bread. Yum!! But yours looked great too. I will have to try subbing blue cheese!
