Home Tour

Pin It Now!

Through the years I've shared different neighborhoods around my area with you. I thought it would be fun to round up some of my favorite homes all in one post!
As many of you know, I live in the Silicon Valley area of California. Home of Apple, Ebay, HP, and the list goes on and on....

Lots of people! Lots of beautiful homes! The old neighborhoods are my favorites...

This one below is my dream home....

These homes are located in Los Gatos, San Jose and Santa Cruz.

Cindy,

It's always interesting to see other homes across the country (and world!) These are beautiful, well manicured homes but the fourth one is exquisite, my favorite.

I recently posted a pictorial on The Painted Ladies on my NJ shore.

I love the homes you chose to feature. There's just something so homey about a white picket fence. I always dreamed of a house like that.

Great tour, Cindy. Thanks for taking me along! I especially loved that white arch in the front, with white fence and roses. Hmmmmmm. Lovely. Susan

Oh Cindy I think I've died and gone to heaven!!! These homes are absolutely beautiful. Your dream home is my dream home...I love that scalloped picket fence. I brought Mr Fixit in here to look at it and he said he'd have to think about how they did it. This gives me hope! I'll even take as straight picket fence like our last one...as long as I get my picket fence back. THANK YOU for sharing your favorite homes with us...especially your 'dream home'. Have a wonderful Wednesday....Maura :)

Hello Cindy
Such beautiful homes.
I live in New Zealand and most of our older homes are built in the Californian bungalow and villa styles. They are now being bought up by the new generation who are restoring them to their original beauty!
I must take some photos next time I'm out walking.
Thank you for sharing.

Cindy,

I could live in ANY of those beautiful homes you posted. How lucky you are to live in such a beautiful part of the US!!

As a gardener, I have to ask this. Is there anything that won't grow in North. Calif?? I'm blown away by all the lushness and gorgeous colors that seem to be present in the area! :-)

When I was a teenager, my aunt and uncle lived in San Jose. I went out to see them two summers when I was 14 and 15..she took me to the beach in Santa Cruz..I will never forget it. Just fabulous.
