Simple Pleasures

Pin It Now!

Hanging teacups. So simple, so cute!
Why put them away behind cabinet doors when they look so cute hanging from a shelf or even under your kitchen cabinets!
Teacups and hooks...a simple pleasure!

They do look prettier hanging than just stuck in the cabinet. I need to hang mine soon.

Yes, you are right...they look lovely hanging.

It is a joy just to come to your blog and look at all of your pretty things and see what you are doing with them.

Cindy, Before I read the captions, I thought you were highlighting the shelf trim! It's beautiful.

My mother-in-law has hand-made lace-edged liners on ALL her shelves in her home and it's beautiful.

The cups and lace are beautiful!!!

Reminds me of my Grandmother's cupboard. Her tea cups were always hanging.

looks great. I just envision you hanging out and playing with your china, crystal and linens. I'll try to join Shown'Tell this week. Loved all of last weeks posts.

I love your shelves. I have used my mother-in-law's napkins to line my shelves with.. allowing the corners to hang over the edge. I just love the look.
Your crystal and dishes are beautiful.
The white is so fresh and clean and looks great for the sparkling January-winter look.
Have a wonderful day!

Love your teacups - this year I am really going to try and put all my pretty things out and use them daily. Why have such pretty things and hide them away???
I also love your mirror wall -

Cindy...I love your teacups, you definitely should put the things you love to look at out where you can see them everyday, it makes the heart happy.

So pretty hanging instead of in the
cabinet. I have some of mine hanging too. They were taking up
too much room in the cabinet. They
do look so much better hanging.
Your photos are so pretty.:O)

So romantic and sweet! A great way to display them. I like to tie ribbons on them and hang them on drawer handles, curtain rods...wherever they might look fun and interesting.

My grandmother always had hers hanging. I have not thought about that in years. You are so right -- hanging is the way to go!

Hi Cindy, I just did a post on blue rooms I think you might enjoy. I think there is nothing prettier than blue and white china and in your lovely home it is perfect, Kathysue

They look terrific and I love the etched crystal as well. The edging adds the perfect finishing touch.

Mine are hanging. I'll have to do a post on them soon.

We can identify with the disciples. At times, we have
a tendency to focus on the things that are going on around us instead of the One that is in control of all things. When that happens, reality may seem overwhelming, and the problems appear unsolvable. However, we must realize to be fearful
is to lack faith in God and in His provision for us. True faith focuses on God, not on the things that are happening.Psalm 139:11-12
If I say, surely the darkness shall fall on me,
Even the night shall be light about me.
Indeed, the darkness shall not hide
from You, but the night shines as the day,
the darkness and the light are both
a like to You.
