I'm joining in on Tracey's (Notes from a Cottage Industry) Holiday Home Tour today but I'm just sharing my dining room today so you'll have to come back to see the rest of my holiday decorating throughout the week!
I enjoyed my blue and white dining room Christmas tree so much last year that I decided to do it again this year! It's filled with blue and white dishes & teacups, silver spoons, chandelier crystals, lace snowflakes and blue and white napkins.
My mom gave me these small bottle brush trees. I added more glitter which doesn't show up on camera unfortunately. I went a little crazy with the plastic snow...it's everywhere this year, including my vacuum cleaner bag!
The light blue Christmas ball ornaments in my tiered dish are new this year. I found those at the thrift store for $2.00.

Breathtakingly beautiful!
Cindy, as always, your home is an inspiration. I love the tree in the dining room. What a great idea. Now I've got a year long project to scour garage sales and thrift shops looking for things for my own tree. One can never have too many Christmas trees!
Have a very Merry Christmas and a wonder-filled New Year.
Very very beautiful.. I love the tea cup tree. Thank you for sharing your camera info with me. I am getting so excited about decorating this year. Heading over to see the rest of the holiday decorations..
Your home always looks beautiful Cindy, but even more so at Christmas time. Every detail is just perfect. I love your blue and white Christmas!
I love the cups and saucers in your tree! What a wonderful idea. Everything looks so nicely put together, but then I didn't expect anything less from you.
Greetings, Marianne

Cindy,
Your diningroom is amazing! I love all the shimmery blues and whites. The teacup tree is one of my favorites, but then again, it's hard to pick a favorite because everything is so beautiful.
Have a wonderful week.

Lou Cinda :)
This is just beautiful, Cindy! Very appropriately decorated tree! Love the trees in your cabinet. I was in my attic this past weekend and found a whole box of that snow.
As always... stunning....
oh!!! i love your blue and white christmas tree!!! how gorgeous your whole dining room is! Hugs, Cindy S.
I love the chandelier crystals. I bought 50 of them 8 years ago before I moved overseas. They are compact to pack and look fabulous on a tree. They would be on my tree this year but I forgot when putting it together and didn't want to go back and add them. Thanks for sharing.
Cindy, I love, love your dining room! The tiered dish on your table is fabulous. I have looked for the plastic snow but so far haven't found any around here. I'm really excited to see the rest of your decorating. I've started mine but it takes days and so the house is a real mess right now! :-)
Your home is so beautiful Cindy. It looks even better than what I see in some of the magazines. Pure eye candy!!
It looks beautiful! I would love to have someone with your talent come & help me decorate my house for Christmas!
I noticed the banner you have hanging from your china cabinet. Love it! Did you make it?
Beautiful! Love it all. I need to go back and take another look. :)
I loved the tree since I saw it last year, it looks amazing and original. Just like your home. Can't wait to see the rest.

You just tickled me "blue" with your blue and white tree. I have loved your displays and your home since I found your blog, but this is the best. I am a blue and white gal and no matter how trends and colors change, I stay with what I love. Bottle brush trees are a favorite of mine. Love the way you displayed yours. I have some sherbert dishes I am going to dig out. Have a wonderful Christmas and I'll be back to see more.
I was hoping you would do the blue tree again.... it is all so amazing... Cindy really .... you have such a gift.... thanks for sharing all the beauty you create...

Since I'm a dishaolic, I would have to say that "dish" tree is a favorite!!! Your home is gorgeous! You should have your own magazine or book!
My stars Cindy, but your dining room looks gorgeous! I love your blue & white tree, and all that snow :) I guess here in Cali. that is about as close as we will get to such beauty :) I think I could just sit in there all day and look at all that loveliness...We are decorating in more darker, richer colors again this year...but..I live & decorate vicariously through you ladies that decorate in such beautiful lighter colors :) Maybe next year...Besos, Rose
Stunning!!! Merry Christmas Cindy! God Bless you!
Wow!! How beautiful....everything is gorgeous! I love the blue and white Christmas tree. I wish you could come to my house and decorate. :o) (I hope that you are feeling better.) Have a lovely week.
I love your White Christmas items - you make everything look so pretty.
Hi Cindy,
Your dining room looks lovely! There are so many pretty items to view; it’s hard to choose a favorite. The touches of silver sparkle are nice. I laughed when I read about your glitter explosion; I have it all over my white sofas at the moment!
Cathy
Cindy, it all looks exquisite.
I posted a picture made in my dining room today, too.
It all looks SO beautiful, but I couldn't stop looking at the dresser - I love the way it looks. xx
Love, love, love your Christmas decor! So glad you brought back the the blue & white tree. I've got a little tree in one of my living areas that is themed around my current (changes frequently) color schemes - has yellow rick rack, orange daisies, red garland and a white pom pom garland. Yep, over the top! Can't wait to see the mother-in- law reaction I get on this one! ;) I am definately considered "the rebel" when it comes to decorating - and proud of it!
Cindy-
Sooo beautiful and lovely. Every detail is stunning. I know b/c I love to see every little thing in your pictures. I don't want to miss a thing. I just LOOOVe your pictures. Thank you for sharing.

Absolutely breathtaking!!! I love the little bottle brush trees.
I am speechless...this is just beautiful!
Hi Cindy
Everything just sparkles and looks so beautiful. I love the tree. I always do a small tabletop tree like that but some year I'm going to do a big one instead. I've definitely got enough blue and white for it!
Hugs, Rhondi

I just to see your home decorated for the holidays. I think your tree in the dining room is the brilliant idea I've ever seen. I told my mother (who is as country as the day is long) that I was going to put her up a tree with her teacups and saucers on it. I told her I saw the most beautiful tree that I wanted to duplicate for her this year. Know what she said? "Whoever is out there putting cups and plates on their tree must really be off their rocker, if you ask me!" Country through and through I tell ya. I sent her the picture, and she wanted to know what magazine I got it from. "SO THERE! (I said), it IS worthy of your attention, huh?" Of course she told me to shut up. Anyhoo, thought you'd get a kick out of that. Thank you for the inspiration you continue to give us each and every day. And I WILL be doing that tree for my mother.
I love your dining room chairs.
Since I haven't decorated at all yet, I may have to come live with you for the month of December. Seriously, Cindy, your home looks absolutely perfectly stunning. Cozy, classy and just wonderful!!

Have you considered purchasing a home so that you can do more with your wonderful talents?
Your apartment looks like a Rachel Ashwell showroom. I could live there so easily. It is so beautiful...every single nook and cranny!
