Show and Tell Friday!

Pin It Now!

I would like to thank Kelli for passing over her Show and Tell Fridays to me. I would also like to welcome her readers to my blog! I know for many of you this may be your first visit here and I would like to make you feel comfortable and I hope that you continue joining in on Show and Tell every Friday. I look forward to getting to know you all better!

To my regular readers I hope that you join in also. I think this will be a lot of fun every week!

This first week I decided to share my chandelier that I found on craigslist awhile ago. I remember being so excited to find it. They were asking $85 for it but I ended up getting it for $65. It was brass and I hadn't planned on painting it but after I put it in my bedroom I just didn't like the brass so I ended up spray painting it in Heirloom White. I think it looks so much better!

*******************************

Remember, that your Show and Tell needs to be something from your home or garden. Please read the Show and Tell Guidelines for step-by-step instructions on how to participate.

If you would like to join in, please leave your exact show and tell blog post link, along with your first name only (this makes the list easier to read). If your link has been removed from MckLinky, please re-read over the guidelines before re-posting, or e-mail me with any questions.

I think the white finishing makes it much 'softer looking' and more appropriate for a bedroom color! Absolutely beautiful!!

My SnT is posted this morning...

Hope everyone has a super Friday and terrific weekend!

That is so beautiful, Cindy! You've certainly got the Midas Touch... or whatever you call it when everything you touch turns beautiful!

I'm off to a giant rummage sale. I'll be back later to visit some of the participants. :)

It is gorgeous, Cindy! Can't even imagine it in brass. What a great price too. We have a little shop near me that sells little to mid-size chandeliers and the cheapest one {also the smallest with 3 bulbs} is $185.00.

Beautiful chandelier!! You have so many gorgeous things and display them all so nicely!!

What happened to the links? They were there this morning when I posted. Is it me? Could be as I sometimes am technology-challenged. :)

Thanks for putting on the "show and tell" party!
I know it's a lot of words, but I do find it helpful when people post what their post is about after their names....helps me decide where to go, especially if I don't have much time..
Love the chandelier and your blog!!

I love your chandi all done in white. While at the Antique Fair this week that dealer that I showed the photo of was spraying 2 chandi's that someone had bought. She had to take them aprart to spray them & was not too happy. But, it is such a pretty look. So clean & the prizm's sparkle so much against the white.

Thanks for hosting today's event. It sure is tough to get in when you are on the west coast & put Mr Linky up at 12 AM. Hee Hee I was up at 2:05 AM to play along with you! But, I wanted to be a part of your very first event. You are such a sweetie! Hugs

Well, I made a mistake and did not put my name in, but the title of my post so that appears instead of my name. It wouldn't let me do it again. Oh well.
