A Perfect Meal

Pin It Now!

I had to share this great recipe with you!  It's Asian Chicken Salad with Snap Peas and Bok Choy.  It is soooo good!  This is will be the perfect dinner on those hot summer evenings that I know are just around the corner.  The flavors are just amazing but I LOVE anything with fresh ginger in it.  It calls for ponzu which is something I never even heard of but it's just a citrus flavored soy sauce and can be found with the soy sauces in the grocery store.
I love to find recipes that are healthy and taste good. This one is a keeper!   I didn't add cucumber because Lauren hates cucumber but I think it would have even been better with it.   Click here for the recipe.

Oh - that looks great!! Like you, I'm always on the lookout for something along those lines! Again, the way you photographed it.. If you ever leave your other job, I think you could easily find work as a photographer! And most definitely as a decorator!!... Donna

Hi Cindy, I am so enjoying your wonderful blog. I can't wait for each new day's post... always something new and interesting. I think I remember from RMS that you had a sign in your bedroom(?) the room with the handkerchief banner. The sign I'm talking about is cottagey and has a picture of a bike painted on it. If this sounds familiar, would you please let me know where you got it. I've got the PERFECT place for one like that! Thanks, ksarra (RMS)

Yummy, yummy, yummy. When is din din ?.
I am a sucker for Asian salads.
I like cucumber myself, I would have put it in and let my son pick it out. He is so picky.
