All of these beautiful plates are gifts from Mary ~Little Red House.
Thank you Mary! I love every single one of them!
I hope every one had a very Merry Christmas. I've already taken down my tree and all my decorations. Once Christmas is over, I'm so tired of it all. It always looks so clean when all the decorations are gone!

Hi Cindy. Lucky you getting those blue & white plates from Mary! As far as I am concerned a girl can never have too many blue & white plates. I collect them too. One of these days I'll post some pictures. I think you and I have similar tastes. Hope youhd a lovely Christmas. Rhondi
Well, now aren't those just the prettiest plates! Mary was very sweet to send those to you. Just perfect for your home.

What beautiful plates and how very generous Mary is. These will look just fabulous in your "new" kitchen.
I, too, am always just sick of all the Christmas decorations and mine are also down and back up in the attic!

What a great gift! Lovely plates and I'm sure you will find just the right spot for them! (and if now, my address is . . .)
Whata nice gift!
I love blue and white plates, too.
In fact, I think I have one of the same ones you have.
I also have a couple of Flow Blue plates that belonged to my Grandma that I cherish.

Very nice plates. I have the top one in brown and white. I love the scenic one, very different from most. I started at least taking greens down today....the wreath in the kitchen window and the greens on the mantel so far. Looks calmer already!

That was such a sweet gift!
I'm as eager to take the decorations down as I am to put them up. :lol
It's always such a relief and I always look forward to the new year.

Wow, I can't believe how many people take down their Christmas decorations as soon as Christmas is over. I like to too, but my family always gives me "attitude" about taking things down BEFORE New Year's Day. So, this year, we are going to compromise. . . I'll leave things as they are for NOW, but I'm taking everything down on Sunday after church WITH THEIR HELP!!
Blessings and best wishes for a happy and healthy New Year.

Beautiful plates. :-) My aunt loves blue and white too.
Wow, you sure work fast. I haven't even thought of taking the decorations away, but then again, I just took them up the day before Christmas.
Lovely plates you got. You have nice friends, that's for sure.

So sweet of her to send you those pretty plates! I'd like to take my stuff down too but my husband and DD won't hear of it! Everyting has to stay up until New Year's Eve (although I did sneak a few things out yesterday). I'm usually tired of the holiday decor by the time Christmas roles around!
Manuela
Hope you had a blessed Christmas!! Wishing you and yours a happy and prosperous 2008!!!
How sweet are the plates and Mary for sending to you!
Just perfect for your beautiful home.
I know you are busy painting and working on your home...look forward to seeing the lovely results!
Your frosty photos were just gorgeous!! You are so talented with a camera as well as a paint brush!
Happy 20068 dear Cindy!
Hugs,
Sue
Ahh - a kindred spirit! If I can muster the energy I am going to take our decorations down today.
Can't wait to see some of your painting projects.
The plates are gorgeous!
: )
Those plates are so pretty! Lovely! And I'm with you about the decorations--I'm ready to move on! Got to talk the boyz into it, though!
~Angela :-)
Gorgeous plates. What a sweet gift! Thanks for sharing them with us. I don't know which one is my favorite. ~Adrienne~
Hi Cindy, I always start too early with the decorating (Thanksgiving weekend), so next year I am going to try to hold off until quite close to Christmas. I didn't even put all of the decorations out this year! I think decorating late will take some of the pressure off.
Happy New Year! Kathy L.
Those plates are so pretty. I am wishing my tree was down and things put back in order.
Love the plates Cindy, they've certainly gone to a good home, your photos are fantastic! I'm wanting to take our tree down too, we usually do it after New Years day. Can't tell you how much I enjoyed the Victoria magazine!
How's the painting coming along?
Cindy,
That Mary is such a sweetie.... she knows what you love... they are wonderful.
Don't work too hard... but that is fun kind of work...can't wait to see your handy work..
Hugs
Linda
How pretty your plates are Cindy.
I am taking down my Christmas decorations tomorrow.
Rosemary
I too have a collection of blue and white plates, there are certainly alot of us out there!
The thought of packing up chrissy makes me want a cup of tea, or something stronger! So much effort to put up, I want to enjoy it a bit longer...someone told me you should leave the tree up till the 6th January, so Im aiming for that!
Yours were so gorgeous, but I understand the clean look, cant wait for that either!
Sue
Hi Cindy,
I love your plate collection. I also love plates and have them everywhere. Aren't they just the greatest little accent to any room? I hear you on taking down the Christmas decorations. I took mine down already too. It does feel so good to have a cleaned up house after the holidays! Have a wonderful New Year! Amy
That was very sweet of Mary to send those to you. They're lovely.
Nan
Hey girl! love your blue and white plates!! I read your painting~ can't wait to see what your doing! All my Christmas is put away..sad, but after the 25th, I need to start taking it down..and just looking forward to a nice long winter...and reading and getting ready for spring! yey!
Mary is such a sweet and generous lady. I know you were excited to get them and incorporate them into your beautiful blue and white home. I hope the painting projects are going well. I was going to paint some furniture starting today through the weekend but we're having too much rain. Since the furniture is going in my granddaughter's "big girl" room, I'm anxious to get it done cause she keeps asking me where's her "big girl" bed. Can't let the little darlin' down!
Judy
Beautiful gifts from one sweet lady to another. Perfect for you!!
Have a wonderful New Year!!
Becky
I love those plates! They will look perfect in your house.
Our tree is down too Cindy. We put it up two weeks before Thanksgiving while we had both of our grandchildren here with us. It was time! LOL! Love the pretty plates! How nice of Mary! PS - hope you don't mind....added you to my list of wonderful blogs recently found. I enjoy your blog so much and wanted to share it with others who may not know about you!
