Show and Tell Friday!

Pin It Now!

Last night I was walking through my home, with my camera in hand, looking for something for this week's Show and Tell.  I realized that you've seen everything in my home...numerous times!  I'm not buying as many things as I used to which makes it harder to find things to blog about but I really can't justify buying things just for the purpose of blogging about them! Haha!
I thought I would share my patio this week.  It's hardly in prime form but I thought it would be great to share a photo now and then again in another few months when it is at it's best.  We've had so much rain this Spring so I haven't put out the cushions and pillows yet. It's just about time to start planting impatiens and in a few months there will be a lot more color back here!  I can hardly wait!  This garden was bare when I moved in here 6 years ago this month!  Little by little it's turning into a jungle!
The focal point on my patio is my yard conservatory made by Linda at Linda's Blue Gate. I still swoon over it every time I see it!
There's my little cherub fountain I bought at the flea market!  I'm so happy I decided to buy it! The guy selling it said it came from a home in Napa. Speaking of Napa...this weekend I'm going to Napa with my friends, Kim and Natasha.  Good food, wine tasting and shopping....I can hardly wait!

If you are joining in on Show and Tell Friday, please remember that your Show and Tell needs to be something from your home or garden. Please read the Show and Tell Guidelines for step-by-step instructions on how to participate. If you would like to join in, please enter your name and leave your exact Show and Tell blog post link, not just your blog link and as a common courtesy link back to my blog. If your link has been removed, please re-read over the guidelines before re-posting, or e-mail me with any questions.Thank you! I look forward to seeing everyone's posts...it may take me awhile to get around to visit everyone since I work full time but I'll do my best to get to your blog as soon as I can!

I love your patio and the neat window conservatory. I am cleaning out my detached sun room to make a cozy new space hopefully! It's been full of all my booth stuff and has been a bear to clean and sort and toss so much stuff!

Thanks for the party!

Hi Cindy,
What a pretty patio! I can imagine a warm spring evening out there with all the candles lit and a nice glass of wine...love your fountain and the conservatory, really lovely! I am so sick of the rain, today's sunshine was just what I needed! Hope you got to get outside for a bit!
Have a great weekend.

I love seeing your home, even when you posted it before, because you are always changing things around, which inspires me to change mine around! You are so creative and it motivates me to be creative, too! So please keep doing what you're doing, we all are trying to use what we have in this economy!

I could look at patios and gardens all day. Your's is so stunning. I like the lighting. It makes it look soft and warm. Your greenhouse is to die for. The fountain looks perfect. Actually everything looks perfect. I have a small closet where I cleared the bottom out to hold my pillows when it rains, too. Thank you for hosting.

Cindy, your patio is so wonderful! I can only imagine how gorgeous it's going to be when the flowers all bloom. I am currently working on my two patios & deck. I just purchased pillows, flowers, string lights & solar path lights. Hopefully by next Friday I can show my outdoor spaces. Hope they come out half as beautiful as yours! Thanks for hosting Show & Tell Friday.

Hi Cindy, My yard isn't nearly ready for posting! I lost a lot of my precious vines this past December when we had that horrible cold snap. I still feel blessed to live in California though! Have a great time in Napa, if you can stop at Trinitas Cellars.875 Bordeaux Wy.in Napa. It's incredible with it's resort and wine caves. They even have a spa in their caves, the only one like it in the U.S. My niece is the director of marketing. Marcia

Beautiful patio! It must be gorgeous when all is in bloom. We have 3/4 acre of mostly grass, but between our house and a new house next door is a narrow bit of land and I am trying to plan an enclosed garden for that area -- for privacy, and for views out our sunroom of something other than the side of the neighbor's garage!
I am going to refer back to your patio for inspiration!

I remember sometime back you stated that if anyone needed help getting started you would be glad to help. I may be taking you up on that. Your blog is a real treat! Thanks Lisha
