This is my all time favorite post on your blog, because it has real lasting meaning. It shows your heart, the heart of a volunteer - that is a beautiful thing. Fluffing our nests is fun and blogging about it inspires others but, IMO- this post has more meaning than a coat of paint and pretty things for the home. A new pillow on the sofa or a new coat of paint won't do what your time will do for the children you will be representing. This post is about investing in others and and it will have a long time effect that will last longer than any special treasure we come across to fluff our nest. Thanks for making a difference in the lives of others and know that what you are doing is very important. I know that you will connect with the child you are meant to represent. Being a volunteer is a wonderful thing.It is cool of you to encourage others to get involved also. IF more people invested some of their time into the lives of others, expecting nothing in return the world would be a prettier picture than any you could ever find on Pinterest or blogs. Thanks for posting this.
