Happy Thursday! This is how I'm celebrating right now!
What a week! I finally got my car out of the shop last night after a full week! That's the good news. The bad news is I have a horrible cough and cold and my transmission had to be rebuilt and it cost me over $3,000! The rental car for a week was almost $200! Last month I had to put in a new water pump and that was over $1,000.
I very thankful though that I have a car and that I have the money to fix it! We should all be very thankful for what we have! I'm also very thankful that I have a job!! So thankful!
Thankful but stressed!
Yes, I am a little stressed over it all...which is probably why I caught another cold after just having one last month!
Tonight, I got stuck in traffic coming home from work and I kept thinking about how I'm thankful for all I have but I sure need a glass of wine after this week! So right now, I'm having a glass of wine to unwind!
I thought I would share my big huge crystal wine stopper! I think it looks so much better than a cork!

Hi Cindy! Just got my car back too and it cost us about 2K. I keep thinking that it's time for a trade, but when you're car payment free for a while, it's hard to go back to that, right?

I had to put a tramsmission in my little car last fall $2300.
