Show and Tell Friday!

Pin It Now!

I really think the weeks go by faster since I took over Show and Tell Fridays!  It sort of feels like my life is on fast-forward these days!  I remember my mom always saying that time goes faster the older you get and I believe her now! I wish I could slow it down a bit. The positive thing (and there always is a positive) is that the weekends come quickly! I love the weekends!!!

It's getting harder to come up with new things to share each week. It was easy when I was buying new things all the time but I haven't been doing that lately (and that's a positive thing because I admit I was buying too much). Now I have a home full of beautiful things...too many things but I have a hard time getting rid of it because I love it all!  I'm sure many of you can relate to that!

Anyway...this week I decided to share some white around my home so I made the photo mosaic above. After I made it I realized I had a theme of not only white but also, shells, candles, birdcages and vintage lace!  ...just a few of my favorite things!

(sorry about the delay in getting this post up. I try to have it up by 6:00 pm Pacific Time on Thursdays. I had it set to post at that time but for some reason it didn't work this week. )
If you are joining in on Show and Tell Friday, please remember that your Show and Tell needs to be something from your home or garden. Please read the Show and Tell Guidelines for step-by-step instructions on how to participate. If you would like to join in, please enter your name and leave your exact Show and Tell blog post link, not just your blog link and as a common courtesy link back to my blog. If your link has been removed, please re-read over the guidelines before re-posting, or e-mail me with any questions.

Thank to all of you that join in every week!

Cindy, I can certainly relate. It's so difficult for me let things go.
Love seeing your mosaic of favorites around your beautiful home. You could recycle your shares you know. I can't imagine that anyone wouldn't relish seeing your things time and time again.
Thanks for taking the time to host each week. We all appreciate you! ~ Sarah

I never tire of seeing pictures of your beautiful things. Blue and white are my favorite colors for decor. Your kitchen is so cute. If it is thngs we love, it can never be too much. Even though I don't have anything to contribute tonight, I will go visit others.

Hi Cindy ~
It's been a while since I participated in Show and Tell Friday. Life is crazy and time sure does have a way of getting away from you when you're not looking, lol!! Lately my days just all blur together!!
I love all your goodies that you share on your blog and you have an excellent eye for display. I am so surprised you don't have a shop of your own. With your following you could do VERY well :)) I had a shop a few years ago but had to close due to a family illness and grandbabies that came way too soon in the game. But I just recently opened a booth at an antique gallery so I basically get to do what I love and take care of my family!! I miss my shop terribly but for now my little booth will suffice :)) I know my dream of having my own little shop will never go away. I loved everything about it. Especially the amazing people that walked through the doors!! Priceless!!
OK... this is way longer than I intended, lol!! Have a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for hosting such an awesome party :))
Sincerely,
Michella

Hi Cindy,
I can so relate to this post. Aside from loving all the white eye-candy in your collage,I have been trying to buy less lately too...which makes it difficult to come up with new items to "Show & Tell". DH and I are beginning to talk about downsizing now that all of the "kids" are grown and I should be editing my decor rather than adding to it...much as I love to hunt for treasures! I think some of the other commenters are right...we can occasionally "shop our homes" for photos and blog entries...we may be surprised at what we find! Great post...thanks for hosting and sharing.

Thank you for hosting and for the lovely mosaic. I know what you mean about loving everything you have but maybe having too much? Editing is good for the soul. My daughter and I have a garage sale every few years. It's a great incentive to let go of things...it keeps things cleared out a bit. Well the weekend is just about here. Have a good one!

It really is true that time goes by faster the older we get. I also believe it's because our lives are so much busier now than ever before! I love your mosaic Cindy. I love all those same things too. Thanks for hosting and enjoy your weekend with our gorgeous California weather we've been having lately! Marcia in Turlock

Hi there Cindy. I seem to be having problems linking to this party. I noticed the post that i try to get on here, comes throught to you with a delete cross next to the name. Why does it do that? and why won't it let me link? I have given you a link on my blog.

Flower, which make everyone's mind so romantic, so happy that he will even ready to hug his enemy.
I never knows how a home will consumed by the beauty of flower, how the home shows more romantic by only the flower decoration before I gone through this article.
The article opens a new look of life in my eyes.
Really appreciative approach
