Show and Tell Friday!

Pin It Now!

Keeping with the Christmas theme I've have going on here all week, I'm going to share my bedroom Christmas tree today for Show and Tell. I have 3 trees in my apartment this year. Lauren also wants one in her room so we may have 4 soon!
I bought this tree on sale at Ace Hardware for only $20. I may try to paint that urn to make it look a little less plasticy.
I decorated it with shells and dried hydrangeas, both of which I already had on hand.

I also have some exciting news to share! Guess who I will be hanging out with Sunday morning...
EDDIE ROSS!!! I'll be out shopping at a Flea Market right on the San Francisco Bay with Eddie Ross on Sunday morning! I'm so excited! Early this year he was asking his readers to let him know about great flea markets in their area. I left a comment about the Alameda Flea Market and he put that on the schedule! Back then December seemed so far away but now it's here! I was worried about rain earlier in the week but now they say the rain won't come until Sunday night! Yay! Of course I'll bring my camera along to share the fun with you! I'm sure most of you know who Eddie Ross is but if not you can read about him on his blog, just click here.

Thanks for responding to my question about your little silver deer. You are so sweet.
Always love coming here and seeing your talents.

Thank you Cindy for another visit to your home. Your trees are exquisite. I linked my post(today's as I've done so many times with other parties) to you, I checked the link and got a note that page doesn't exist. Yet I can not add another Mr. Linky. Just wondering Mr. Linky is having issues again. Thanks for being such a gracious hostess!

Cindy,

What a softly romantic Christmas tree! I've never considered neutrals as "Christmas Colors", but wow....I do now! :-) Love the warm tones of the dried hydrangeas and the soft glow of the shells. Beautifully done!!

I bought the same tree at Ace! I just put it in my front bay window. I will put some little red cardinals on it plus I put on some little garland that I got in the dollar store. I also was thinking of painting the plastic urn, but couldn't decide on the color.
