I made another seashell wreath! You may remember I made one of these last year and I donated it to the Nie Recovery Auction. I was very pleased that it raised $100! It felt so great to donate it but I also missed having one of my own. Last week I finally got around to making another one!
The foam wreath came from the Dollar Tree store as did most of the shells so this is a really inexpensive project. You could even buy the ribbon at the dollar store, but I used ribbon I already had.
If you want to make one for yourself you can check out my post titled How to make Seashell Wreath I did last year. They are really fast and easy to make!
Reminder: Monday I will be hosting my monthly giveaway party!

I am going to have to make one of these for my neice, she has an apt with an ocean view and this would be perfect for her. I just love it and I'm glad you made yourself one to enjoy!

What an adorable beachy wreath!! I want one! Unfortunately we do not have a dollar tree store, so perhaps I will find the makings at a Michaels? Do ya think? I hope so! I love your blog, you are always up to something amazing! Btw, does your middle name start with a J by any chance? Mine is June. Hugs, ~cindy s~
So gorgeous-perfect for Summer!

Very sweet looking. Now I'm off to re-read your directions. ☺ Diane
I love your creative use of shells. I remember many years ago my dad used to tell my mom, "give a woman a sea shell, and she'll decorate a bathroom!" You give that a whole new meaning! Come over and visit my blog sometime, your's is one of my favorite that I've joined!
Hi Cindy,
Thanks for the inspiration! It's beautiful and I think I'll give it a try! Cindy
It is so pretty and beachy!

I saw your wreath and immediately ran out to the Dollar Tree to get the supplies. My 19 year old Daughter and I each made a wreath in order to distract ourselves from the disappointment that came our way today. Thanks for the instructions from last year. So helpful. I probably will post pics on my blog on Friday, when I'm off for the weekend. Thanks again.
Too funny! I was going to make one last weekend, but then I glittered & painted so many shells I didn't have enough for a wreath! I have to get myself over to the Dollar Tree and stock up!

Hi
I have made several wreaths but me shells seem to fall off....
Not so sure why.I am using a glue gun. Any ideas??
You might want to try a different brand of hot glue sticks...it may be that. I haven't had that problem at all!
