Flea Market Finds

Pin It Now!

Last Saturday was the monthly DeAnza Flea Market in Cupertino, CA. My parents have been vendors there for over 20 years. My mom's health has kept her from going for the last year and now at 80 years old my dad has decided to no longer sell there. I went last last Saturday with only $25 spending money on me. I bought this beautiful linen and lace tablecloth for $20! It's in almost perfect condition. I love it! Now I need to find an old dining room set to redo since my bedroom is done (almost).

Ya know, I just looked at your blog from the beginning and I love your home! The little bench you transformed is gorgeous and I like the mirror painted white. All your projects are great. I gotta go shopping with you...you have the best luck AND the best thrift stores ever.

This is another amazingly beautiful find!

Now THAT was a incredible find!!! Beautiful. Andrea dragged me to the DeAnza Flea market a few years ago, and I just stumped along waiting until it was time to go back to the car. I just didn't have the right attitude at all. Well, I am happy to report that is all changed now, and with inspiration such as the table cloth you just found, I can't wait to go back and try again!

I have just recently found you and love your blog! You are so very talented, your house is gorgeous! Sorry about you having to remove your little buddy from the office BUT you're such a good Mom to have taken him in the first place.
I'll be back, I just love it here.

Cindy~When I found your blog I knew we had common interests (and love for our Dads!) but, now I KNOW we are connected.....I found the very SAME tablecloth at a sale just last summer. I was just amazed when I recognized the pictures of MY tablecloth. Isn't it fun when you find a treasure?
I love hanging mine on the clothesline that my Daddy built for me so lovingly many years ago, letting it air dry, then ironing it carefully. But, it is soooooo huge!! It takes patience to iron such a large thing! May yours bring you many happy memories also!
~Your enthusiasm is contagious and brings a sunny spark to my day.....thank you for sharing your wonderful inspirations.
