Cindy tell your dad I need one of those crows holding the cherries. I collect cherries. I love everything he makes, so talented.
My daddy used to make all kinds of things like that for me too. Hope you have a good Halloween, its
my 62nd birthday so I am going to
eat all the candy I want. LOL.

I think it's amazing you have almost 400 people sharing, Cindy! I enjoy so many of their presentations.

Your Halloween holiday tablescape is just right...fun and folky, not creepy and scary. How lucky are you to have such a crafty and creative dad; luv those cats.

Can't wait to see what you'll come up with for Christmas. I'm envisioning sparkling prisms and glass, silver and white snow, icy blue, mirror chips...

When Martha Stewart had her less-expensive Christmas line at Kmart, her snowy-blue theme was probably my favorite, although I love how she'd build on a gold theme for one set of decor, purples for another. I'm a little lukewarm over Kmart, but I had loved to see her Christmas stuff come out every year; I have 'way too much of it. It's embarrassing how many boxes of Christmas decor I've amassed. It almost makes decorating for Christmas too overwhelming. Maybe my mom had it right...we just brought down the same old box of decorations out of storage every year, and I don't think she added more than five things to it in the whole of my life. This is when I'm not my mother's daughter and the complete opposite!

Sandy over at My Shabby Streamside Studio is saying that Rachel Ashwell is going to come out soon with an online retail of Christmas decor; I think she said it's www.rassc.net. (I thought Simply Shabby Chic was associated with Target? Maybe ssc stands for something else.) I'm keeping my eyes peeled for some sparkling pink and white! What's one more box of Christmas decor, right? I just need a McMansion to store it all in, not my teeny 2-bed cottage!
