I can't figure out how to comment over there.
No, there are no sure fire things about raising kids.
I sure do love your haircut.

Does a happy home as a child make you a happy adult. I would have to say no. I hear all the time we choose to be happy but there are things in life that throw us a left hook and it causes what we would normally feel like happy; a different person. I have had a lot of trauma in my adult life, brought on by someone elses sin against me. I have post traumantic stree disorderd. The person I was when younger is not the person I am now. But I am content, have friends, decorate my house, change things around, have fun with my grandchildren. We have to do our best even if we have to have help to get to that point in our life to cope with things and keep moving forward. I feel as a woman my childhood was what it was. I knew my parents loved me and I was secure with a home over my head, never went hungry. Today with all the "stuff" I wonder if a person can really define happiness no matter what a persons childhood is like. duenmike@comcast.net

Hi Cindy! Just popping over to see how you are. I'm glad it's almost Fall, but we haven't really had summer. Any more fun trips coming up before then? I am happy to be going to Cambria this week. think of you whenever I do.

Oh Cindy I love your blog! I don't have one---no camera, no style, etc. etc. but I admire all you wonderful women out there with all your talents. The soaps are amazing! Especially the mermaid one. I have a bath decorated in mermaids and seahorses. Does she sell them online? Thanks for putting me into your drawing.
