A New Find and a Giveaway!

Pin It Now!

Back in May I showed you this Pfaltzgraff teapot (on the right) I've had since 1979! Back then, when I was only about 20 years old I really wanted the large coffee pot that matched it but I couldn't really afford it. Well, 30 years later I'm really pleased to say I finally got it! It's the large pot pictured above! I went into a thrift store awhile back and found it for $15 and found out everything in the store was 30% off! Score!

Guess what? Someone from Pfaltzgraff contacted me again for another great giveaway! This one is perfect for your holiday entertaining! Click here to go to my product review page to see what you can win! It's good!!!

Also, it's not too late to enter to win a $50 Target gift card...just leave a comment on my interview at Houzz.com, click here.

Cindy, where do you store all the good stuff you find? The Pfaltzgraff is so pretty in it's simplicity.

Hi Cindy,
I adore Pfaltzgaff, just last year at Christmas time I purchased the Winterberry Teapot and four tea mugs at JC Penneys. I am adding to my set this year so if I was to win your Pfaltzgraff giveaway, I would choose "Winterberry". Please enter my name and I will keep my toes crossed.
Enjoy your day, Its been beautiful in Menlo Park and even when I get home to Modesto every night its been lovely. I've been really loving the fall weather.

I love your white Pfaltzgraff. It goes beautifully with stoneware and other cottage potteries.
I am trying hard to achieve this look in my kitchen.
I'm still on the hunt!

Glad to see you finally got the coffee pot you wanted. See, good things come to those who wait. Also, good thing you hadn't tired of the pattern. Cute new blue & white tea pot too. Like the new photo of you that you put on your side bar. Have a great week.

What an AWESOME feeling your must have had when you found the coffee pot AND found it for 30% off of $15!!!!!!! WOW, how COOL!!!!

Cindy, I was wondering what thrift store you go to? I live in San Jose, and I go to the Goodwill stores all over our area, and I NEVER find the kinds of items you come across. So, I was wondering what the address is of the store you go to so I can give it a try some time.

Congrats on finding the coffee pot!

Hugs!!

Hi Cindy,

Good job! Where did you find the sugar bowl and creamer? Were they with the original purchase, or were they a separate purchase altogether?

Hey, wish me luck. Tonight is the end of voting night, and will determine if I am to be on the New Milford, PA Borough Council.
Hugs, Penny Sue

Cindy,
Why don't I ever find these kind of items in my thrift stores? Probably cause I don't go enough. Or could it be where you live? I love the classic look of the white Pfaltzgaff. So glad you finally found the large coffeepot and such a price! BTW I did not get to comment yesterday but the gift you received, the beautiful tea pot is just perfect for your home. Have a great day!

oooh I love that score! feeling, so wonderful, I even get excited when I see other people's finds, like this one, on blogs...I suppose there could be worse things to be addicted to than thrifting?!!

love the pots...they look great together, you seem to do well finding white china, me not so much...I come across bundles of orangey 70's things though...;-)
