I Love Summer!!!

Pin It Now!

My hydrangeas are in full bloom right now!

They are my favorite flower! If I had room in my garden I would plant a lot more of these! I  love cutting them for bouquets!

Hydrangeas and shells....that's the ultimate beach cottage look to me!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I went to Santa Cruz and I'll have some pics of that later in the week to share with you! Pics of old homes and old cars...

I'm really looking forward to the long 4th of July weekend coming up! Don't you just love summer? Ahhh...I do!

Hydrangeas are one of my favorites too! My grandmother had huge bushes that surrounded her country home in Arkansas when I was a little girl... Unfortunately, in S. Texas they don't grow too well... way too hot and dry... which brings me to summer... which I would enjoy a lot more if I lived in Sunny (and cooler) California!

Summer Blessings. Dixie

How you display your stunning hydrangeas is wonderful!! I love hydrangeas, but alas have very (and I mean very) little shade, so my hydrangeas are always sparse but appreciated. Thank you for sharing your wonderful display with us.

Mine didn't last long with all this extremely hot weather. I can't wait to see your pics.

Summer is the greatest! The flowers, the soft evenings, the sense of possibility...

I can't grow hydrangeas here except as annuals, so I just enjoy yours. Thanks!
