A New Shell Wreath

I made another seashell wreath! You may remember I made one of these last year and I donated it to the Nie Recovery Auction. I was very pleased that it raised $100! It felt so great to donate it but I also missed having one of my own. Last week I finally got around to making another one!
The foam wreath came from the Dollar Tree store as did most of the shells so this is a really inexpensive project. You could even buy the ribbon at the dollar store, but I used ribbon I already had.
If you want to make one for yourself you can check out my post titled How to make Seashell Wreath I did last year. They are really fast and easy to make!
Reminder: Monday I will be hosting my monthly giveaway party!

  18. I saw your wreath and immediately ran out to the Dollar Tree to get the supplies. My 19 year old Daughter and I each made a wreath in order to distract ourselves from the disappointment that came our way today. Thanks for the instructions from last year. So helpful. I probably will post pics on my blog on Friday, when I'm off for the weekend. Thanks again.

  19. Too funny! I was going to make one last weekend, but then I glittered & painted so many shells I didn't have enough for a wreath! I have to get myself over to the Dollar Tree and stock up!

  33. Hi
I have made several wreaths but me shells seem to fall off....
Not so sure why.I am using a glue gun. Any ideas??
