Welcome to Show and Tell Friday! This week I'm sharing some of my brother's photographs. He lives about 3 hours away from me in the Sierra Foothills.
He took these photos near his home at a beautiful shopping center called El Dorado Hills Town Center in El Dorado Hills, California.
When my brother moved to this area in 1997 the land this shopping center is on was just a prairie!

I hope you enjoyed your little trip to the El Dorado Town Center!

ReplyDeleteHow beautiful Cindy. My husband and I were looking at a shopping center in the news near LA and we were marveling at how it was so beautiful. It looked like Walt Disney World. Sounds silly but, our shopping areas are not that spectacular. Beautiful spot! Thank you for hosting!

ReplyDeleteHello and good morning! I love bunnies, but I don't love it when they are eating my plants. I wanted to deter them away from mine with a Garden Critter Deterrent (#255) that's doesn't hurt the furry ones. Thanks to some Garlic Salt and Chili Pepper-no more bunnies! Thanks for hosting the party once again. Have a great week!

When they really try, they can put together some wonderful shopping spaces. That is gorgeous. My family lives in California and when I visit we shop at The Grove, Dos Lagos and Victoria Gardens. They are beautiful, master planned shopping experiences. Victoria Gardens has snow in Winter, outdoor movies and more. It's great!! Thanks for hosting =)
ReplyDeleteCindy those pics are gorgeous! Thanks so much for hosting!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful area your brother lives in. It is just charming. Thanks for sharing those wonderful photos. Would love to move there. Also Thanks for hosting. I appreciate your parties so much.
ReplyDeleteNann
Cindy, I enjoyed looking at those photos! I want to go there! You'd think where I live in SoCal, we might have a lot of shopping, because our county is pretty big but, in my enclave, we don't even have a darn Farmer's Market, yet we're surrounded by things growing in the fields. I would so love to shop somewhere as beautiful as El Dorado. It looks so European; what a refreshing change from big, blocky, boxy stores and chains. We might as well make our areas as beautiful as we can, even if it's the corner drugstore.
ReplyDeleteHi Cindy, I don't think I have ever seen such a lovely shopping center! You took some great pictures. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for hosting every week. :)

What a beautiful post for the town I work in. I sell real estate for Century 21 in ELDH. It's a fun place to work, shop, eat, great variety of eateries. I love it here even though I live in Placerville.
ReplyDeleteThank you Cindy for the opportunity to share my photographs of the town and thanks to all for the positive feedback on the photographs.
