Shells

Pin It Now!

Remember my garage sale glass house? The ferns I had in it died shortly after they were put in there and I grew tired of it in my living room/dining room so I've moved it upstairs into my bedroom. I decided to put all my shells in it for now. I still would like to get some large ones to fill it up a little but I like the way it looks...for now anyway.

When I was looking back through my old posts to find my original post about this glass house, I saw that I had already done a post about Claire Murray and her magazine La Vie Claire in May, I can't believe I repeated myself. If I haven't already told you, I have a really bad memory! Sorry about that!

I am new at visiting your blog and haven't looked at all the back blogs so I enjoyed your post. The sea shells look so pretty, its nice to have something you can do different things with after you get tired of it in one place just move it some where new.

Very pretty! I love the shells. Have you seen the beautiful things that Lisa at enchanted cove does with shells? Check out her blog.
It's listed on the left side of my blog.
Have a great day!

I love shells -- they look beautiful in your glass house! Don't worry about repeating yourself. Claire Murray is worth two posts, anyway!

I'm new to blogging and going back through everyone's old posts is just not possible. So, I like a little repetition from the authors because it's a brand new experience for me!

p.s. - The glass house looks great!
Love,

Personally, I can't get enough of Claire Murray! No apologies necessary. I forgot my name the other day...it is in the archives in case you forgot. =) I love the shells - they are a great alternative and the glass house is really fantastic.

I have a house similar to this that I bought at a flea market a couple of months ago. It was full of shells when I bought it and I just love it. Mine is plexiglass though and the side pieces were damaged so I took them out, cleaned it all up and put 3 off white vanilla scented pillar candles in various heights in there among the shells. I love how it turned out and now it smells great too.
