I'm reposting one of my favorite summer desserts today! It's a fruit tart that is so yummy and so easy to make. It always gets rave reviews and that's before they even taste it!!! Trust me though, it tastes as good as it looks!

Happy Birthday Mr. Cindy's Daddy!!! I just lost my Daddy on July 3 to a sudden heart attack as he stood in the bathroom. Never took a prescription in his 80 years, had a hospital stay and maybe went to the doctor a handful of times. I am deeply saddened daily and am learning to cope. So this is especially "healing" to be able to wish another "Daddy" a special Happy Birthday. I hope your day is very nice!! I'm glad Cindy shared your special day with us.

So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY Cindys' DAD, you will never know how much your daughter has helped me since my dads' death. You are very lucky to have such a great daughter, PLEASE give each other an extra HUG to each other from me. Your carpentry is just gorgeous by the way!
