What a great picture, I feel like I could reach out and take it off of the screen. I am gonna start eating like this. Can you package it and send to me? I don't think I can make anything that looks that delicious! Betsy
Cindy I must confess, when I looked at those blackberries...I thought whoa...blackberry cobbler. Sorry, but they look so good. Your healthy breakfast looks good too, but I just love blackberries. Thanks for sharing.
You're getting your good protein with that yogurt, too, not to mention the wonders it can do for your body in other ways, and it's a great way to get in a little dairy when you're lactose-intolerant; there's a scientific reason why those of us who can't drink milk can tolerate yogurt which I can't remember right now. Sometimes I take similar ingredients to yours and blend it as a shake; frozen berries work particularly well. I love that you found a simple way to take it to work; it helps when you have to resist the donut cart!
Hi Cindy, That does look ever so yummy! Those berries are so plump and juicy. If it looks and tastes good, half the battle is won!!! Hugs, Patti Don't forget to link!
