And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

AMEN!!!!!!!!!!! We have sooooooo very much to be thankful for. I hate the wars anywhere but, my hubby always said "I'f rather fight them on their land than mine" And being a Vietnam Vet I think he probably knows what he's talking about. Thank you for reminding us all to remember our Soldiers & Vets! This place may not be perfect but, all you have to do is leave it to see how wonderful we really have it. HUGS! Charlene

Right back at you, Sweetie! I love that song! When I was in elementary school, we sang it as part of a concert and at the end, we held up colored cardboard that made a giant flag! What memories!
