Last Sunday I hosted a Spring Brunch for my Supper Club. Usually around this time of the year the weather is beautiful but we had a huge storm hit on Sunday with lots of wind and rain! I had visions of us having mimosas on the patio but that didn't happen! Oh well, we had a lovely time indoors!
I kept the table very simple. Just an old canning jar with some cut flowers from my garden on top of one of my favorite linen and lace tablecloths.
Those plates above were from Marshalls awhile back. I just love them! I sure wish they sold complete sets of this pattern. They just had dessert plates, and tea sets. They were so inexpensive I would have bought a complete set if they had them!
I used my little terra cotta pot napkin rings that I've had for probably 10 years or longer...
It was a small group this time, only four of us. I made an artichoke fritatta...
Andrea brought these yummy crepes...
Becky made an amazing gingerbread and she put lemon curd on top. It was so moist!
Barbara made this delicious bread pudding with croissants. It was THE BEST bread pudding I've ever had!
Lots of custardy goodness happening inside that bread pudding...
We also had Mimosas...

Beautiful table, Cindy. I do love the simplicity of it, although the beautiful dishes are anything but simple. I too, would have bought a full set or settled for one tea cup!!

Yummy, looking forward to the recipes, it all looks fantastic. Pretty table setting too. I think I am going to have to join a supper club. Sounds like a good way for a single girl to get to try out all her fancy recipes.

love the tables, especially the canning jar, I am looking for one in blue, I think these are quite unusual...I have plenty of clear ones and blue bottles but not jars...nothing better than stuffing them with flowers!

I had some of those dishes, I just found salad plates and mugs.. I didn't have much blue at the time so I gave them to my daughter Madeline.. seeing them on your table makes me wish I had them back.. I always loved them.. I got them at TJ maxx..

Che Ta, I guess they don't sell Half and Half in Malaysia? It's just one part milk to one part cream. They sell it already mixed together here but you could make your own. Since it calls for 5 cups of Half and Half, you would mix 2 1/2 cups of milk and 2 1/2 cups of cream.

Your foxglove is gorgeous - one of my favorite flowers - not blooming yet here in Iowa. The plates are lovely, the food looks wonderful, and the terra cotta napkin holders are adorable!
