Finally, it's almost time for Flea Market Style to hit the stands! It's going to be so wonderful to have a new magazine to read when so many others have left forever. They sent me a photo of the cover of the first issue to post here and I'm offering one lucky winner a free copy! It's been so much fun to watch this wonderful journey that my blogging friend Linda ~ Restyled Home has taken. I remember when she was doing posts about how much she loved Matthew Mead and now here she is working with him! You just never know when you start a blog what doors will open for you! Sounds like a must have magazine for me. A while back I looked around my house and realized I had replaced almost all of my furniture with vintage pieces that I had picked up at estate sales and auctions. I love the look of things from the 30's and 40's. It just feels comfortable to me. I also love using things in unique ways, my coffee table used to be a case for a modle T engine!
