I just discovered your blog...I came over from Cottage Magpie! Your home is lovely! Back when I was a single mom and money was tight, I wish I had had someone like you for inspiration!!! I knew what I wanted my home to look like, I just didn't know how to make it happen. You're amazing...you've turned a rental house into a dreamy cottage! Beautiful!!!

Hi Cindy! What a wonderful article! You are right when you said yellow is the hardest color to pick. My kitchen is yellow and I really don't like the shade. We lived with paint chips on the wall for a week and thought we had a great yellow selected...but once it was up on the walls, it looks too yellow, like the bright yellow of an egg yolk. I am going to repaint this summer and I'll try your shade...I think it will be perfect! Congrats on the article! Have a great week. xoxo ~ Joy

...my favorite piece of yours. Last night I had to go to a function at church and I took cupcakes - I thought if I had that gorgeous tiered piece of Cindy's it would be perfect for these cupcakes - I had to make do.....
