Hi Cindy, I just finished reading the precious story "Pancakes" on Susan's website and it is so very moving and true!! Just goes to prove that God is in the details! Thanks for sharing that.
Oh, my goodness. THAT WAS WONDERFUL. HOW moving was that? I would call and read it to MY mother, but I think I might cry reading it out loud, so I'm going to print it out. Thank you so much for sharing that story. Gayla
Hi Cindy! I had just been wondering when Susan was going to update her site when I saw what you had written. That story is so touching. Thank you for posting it. Certainly Heaven did play a part in this story.
Oh my gosh, tears are rolling down my cheek... what a moving story! Thank you Cindy! I can't wait to link the story to others. Oh, to be a part of something so much bigger than we could ever know at the time...
Cindy, thank you so much for posting this link. What a beautiful story! It gave me chills. I adore Susan Branch books. Do you have her Girlfriend book? It is my most favorite.
Wonderful story. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Isn't amazing how small the world is and how it may take years but things really do go full circle. It's also a good reminder that sometimes it's the smallest things we do (we may even forget) that can have a huge impact. Whether it be an act of kindness..but also remember that mean act don't go forgotten either. Wow..it is true we lead by example.
I'm a huge Susan Branch fan too - her "Girlfriends" book is one of my favourites. The "Pancake" story is so lovely. If we can all give someone a precious memory like that - I think we're living our lives right.
Hi Cindy, I just visited for the first time. Your home is lovely and you are so talented. I wish I could sew, but I put everything in backwards. The mirror thing is so great! And thanks for the topiary lesson!
