Lemon Meringue Pie

I should have been at the gym working out tonight but instead I was home making lemon meringue pie. I made the crust from scratch but I just used canned filling. I'll never do that again. It taste so much better with homemade filling. I haven't made a lemon meringue pie in years but I saw a picture in a magazine and then I couldn't stop thinking about lemon meringue pie.

I don't know why the last picture came out so blurry but it was the only one I took with the pie cut. Actually none of these pictures came out very well. Hmmm my daughter said she dropped the camera the other day...
